In this present research work, a non-singular alternative to semiclassical black hole thermo-dynamics is formulated by modeling the spacetime fabric as a physical medium composed ofdiscrete quantum units (“pixels”) governed by a hard limit on radial compression. By quantizingthe 3D event horizon radius in discrete integer steps, we present a unified framework calculatingthe exact boundary metrics of mass, radius, Hawking temperature, Tolman temperature, andstate-dependent entropy. We explicitly demonstrate that our model completely resolves thehistoric missing signal crisis of primordial black holes (PBHs), proving they undergo an im-mediate structural transformation rather than a prolonged semiclassical evaporation timeline. Finally, this boundary architecture is extended to resolve the wormhole throat stability paradox, demonstrating that information processing is executed via a synchronized, non-local dual-ledgernetwork where the universal outlet boundary preserves the holographic image of the observableuniverse independently of static horizon area limitations.
