Extending the holographic boundary encoding of E8's 240 root vectors, we propose that spacetime topology emerges dynamically from the collective phi-modulated oscillation pattern of these root vectors. The Z₂ chiral transition at each root vector corresponds to local curvature shifts, creating a continuous map between discrete quantum information and smooth geometric structure. This mechanism suggests that gravitational wave signatures may represent observable manifestations of E8 root vector reconfiguration across cosmic scales, unifying discrete mathematics with continuum physics. The 120-dimensional boundary projection provides a natural framework for preserving topological invariants during this continuous deformation.
