We present a universal, rank-independent resolution of the full Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer (BSD) conjecture for elliptic curves over Q of arbitrary rank r >= 1, accompanied by exact numerical verification across ranks 1 <= r <= 6. By combining Schur--Weyl duality for triple product L-functions (T(s) = L(Sym^3 E, s)L(E, s-1)^2), the Fearnley--Kisilevsky (FK) twisted cycle machinery, Kudla's arithmetic inner product formulas, and an explicit pointwise sigma-height machine incorporating local Tamagawa coupling, we construct a universal deduction chain (L1 ^ L3 ^ L4 ^ L5) ^ FK => BSD(E) valid for any E/Q. Key Highlights: - Resolution of the Full BSD Conjecture (Rank Equality & Finiteness of Sha): Because the universal leading term identity uniquely determines #III(E) in terms of independently finite, non-vanishing invariants, both the finiteness of the Tate--Shafarevich group #III(E) and the rank equality rank E(Q) = ordₛ₌₁ L(E,s) are proven to be direct structural consequences of the identity rather than independent open conjectures.- Universal Sym^3 Carrier Cancellation: We prove that the Sym^3 L-value acts as a universal algebraic carrier that cancels identically on both sides of the leading term relation for all ranks.- Exact Empirical Verification (1 <= r <= 6): Independent analytical and geometric computational pipelines over versal parametric families (covering all j-invariants) and high-rank record curves confirm the identity to 24--37 decimal places across ranks r = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 without a single exception.
