The scalar potential and electric field strength of uniformly charged ball rotating at constant angular velocity are calculated. The achieved calculation accuracy is determined by small terms containing the fourth power of the speed of light in denominator and can be further improved. The calculation method is based on use of spherical harmonics, which ensures rapid convergence of results. The rotation of the ball causes the electric field strength vector to deflect from the radial directions toward the poles of the ball's axis of rotation.
