This study aims to analyze the optimization of product sales profit at UD Bina Usaha Tani Muaro Bodi using the Simplex Method, determine the optimal combination of products to be sold, and compare the optimal profit with the actual sales condition. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with Linear Programming and the Simplex Method as the analytical techniques. The data used include selling prices, purchase prices, procurement capital, sales quantity limits, and actual sales data for four types of products: NPK Mutiara Fertilizer, Urea Fertilizer, TSP Fertilizer, and KCL Fertilizer. The results show that the optimal sales combination consists of 200 kg of NPK Mutiara Fertilizer, 100 kg of Urea Fertilizer, 100 kg of TSP Fertilizer, and 100 kg of KCL Fertilizer, with a total sales quantity of 500 kg. This combination requires procurement capital of Rp6,500,000 and generates a maximum profit of Rp2,800,000. Meanwhile, the profit based on the actual sales condition is Rp2,060,000. Therefore, the optimization results indicate an increase in profit of Rp740,000 or 35.92% when sales are conducted based on the optimal combination. The findings indicate that the Simplex Method can be used as a decision-making tool to determine an optimal product sales combination while considering limitations in capital and product quantity.
