Alternative to ΛCDM in the structure-growth sector based on an effective spectral dimension of space. A single topological crossover (the Hubble horizon vs. the fundamental scale ℓ* of a compact hidden sector) opens an exchange channel that shifts growth onto a lowered plateau (R3(0)=0.9385, suppression ≈6.2%). No free parameters in the growth sector; consistency with SZ cluster counts and RSD refit; CPL adaptation to DESI dynamical backgrounds; Euclid/DESI/CMB-S4 forecasts. Status: a candidate hypothesis, not an established result. All significance levels are forecasts. Files: π-Resonance_EN.pdf — English (main); π-Resonance.pdf — Russian translation of the same work.
