The aviation sector is highly vulnerable to economic crises, global pandemics, wars, terrorist attacks, and geopolitical conflicts. The Middle East serves as a strategic hub for both global energy supplies and international transport networks; therefore, military and political instability in the region triggers direct and profound disruptions throughout the aviation sector and its associated industries. In this context, the aim of this study is to analyze the effects of the conflict between the U.S./Israel and Iran, which began on February 28, 2026, on the aviation sector from economic, security, and operational perspectives, and specifically to comprehensively analyze the impact of this war on the aviation sector in Türkiye. For this purpose, the study is designed as a case study based on qualitative research methods. Care was taken to ensure the reliability of the documents used in the research, and secondary data sources were utilized. The findings obtained were examined and presented from operational, security, and economic perspectives.
