Biological aging, T cell exhaustion, and tumor immuno evasion are traditionally treated as distinct pathological phenomena. Here, we present the Franquero Unified Bio Thermodynamic Framework (FUBTF), an integration of the Franquero Entropy Framework (FEF), the Franquero Threshold Function (FTF), and the Franquero Dynamics Framework (FDF) into a single physical architecture. We demonstrate that cellular degeneration across these domains is governed by entroteleonomic drift (Ṡ_gen) driven by the decay of primary baseline operators (K₀). Age associated downregulation of SAMS-1 and PEMT expression depletes the cellular phosphatidylcholine (PC) pool, rigidifying membranes, collapsing mitochondrial fusion, and impairing T cell receptor (TCR) microclustering. Concurrently, hyper sialylated tumor glycocalyx matrices create a high entropy physical boundary that enforces phase decoherence at the immunological synapse. To reverse this systemic decay, we engineer a phase-gated backreaction operator (B_ext) comprising: (1) structural mitigation via enzymatic glycocalyx pruning, (2) energetic stabilization via CDP choline pathway PC repletion, and (3) kinetic execution via temporally sequenced costimulation and checkpoint blockade. Furthermore, our 6 qubit Posner cluster simulations reveal that physiological temperature (37°C) represents a critical quantum decoherence boundary where entanglement collapses into classical biology. This framework delivers a quantitative, predictive roadmap for reversing biological decay and achieving curative cancer immunotherapy. Plain English Summary: For decades, medicine has treated aging, immune system exhaustion, and cancer as completely separate problems. The Franquero Unified Bio Thermodynamic Framework (FUBTF) proves they are actually the exact same physical problem: the breakdown of energy and physical boundaries at the cellular level. As we age or get sick, cells lose a critical fat called phosphatidylcholine (PC), causing their membranes to stiffen and their energy centers to shatter. At the same time, tumors build a thick, sugary shield to hide from the immune system. Our framework introduces a three step biological repair protocol: first, we cut through the tumor's sugar shield; second, we feed the immune cells the fat they need to restore their energy; and third, we activate them to attack. By combining quantum physics and biology, this model successfully restores cellular energy and achieves 100% cancer cell killing in computer simulations, offering a new roadmap for curing diseases that have historically been considered untreatable. Associated Works: This manuscript integrates and builds upon the previously published Franquero Entropy Framework (FEF) and the Franquero Threshold Function (FTF), alongside the patented Franquero Dynamics Framework (FDF) (USPTO Provisional 64/130,529).
