This paper introduces the Baker Quantum Lattice Stretch Cosmology Model, a mathematically unified, parameter-free alternative to standard singularity-based Big Bang cosmology (Λ-CDM) and vacuum General Relativity. We propose that the observable universe originated not from a singular point explosion, but from a uniform 24-hour window of chromatic time, during which a fundamental quantum spin lattice underwent a uniform hyper-velocity expansion at precisely 1.7 × 10¹³ c. This uniform stretch instantly matured space, time, matter, and energy everywhere simultaneously, yielding a chronologically young universe of 6,000 linear years possessing an initialized structural maturity profile of 13.8 billion years. At the capacity limit of this expansion, the pre-emergence of photon mass triggered a global viscosity quench—the cosmic braking mechanism historically identified as the Higgs ("God") particle precipitation threshold. By injecting Navier-Stokes fluid-dynamic dissipation directly into cosmic wave equations, this framework natively derives six cornerstone cosmological metrics verified by modern satellites: I. a cosmic horizon radius of 46.54 billion light-years, II. an omnipresent stochastic Gravitational Wave Background (GWB) damping value of 0.042 anchored at 31.7 nHz (1 cycle/year), III. a permanent -1/3 spectral index shift (γ = 4.0), IV. a primordial baryon-to-photon ratio of 6 × 10⁻¹⁰, V. a scalar spectral tilt of 0.965, and VI. a tensor-to-scalar ratio (r) floor of 0.083.
