A speculative extension of Zfinite Theory, published separately so the main theory stays focused. It proposes that our universe began from several Zfinite releases at the end of a previous universe’s crunch, and that large cosmic voids such as the Boötes Void are scars left by those releases. The addendum includes: How a release would work: formation, growth, a crunch-triggered pop, and a cold outflow based on the Zfinite postulate that motion stops at 100% compaction. The mass and energy needed to clear a Boötes-size void: about 2 × 10¹⁶ Suns of matter, which a release of about 10¹⁰ Suns could push outward. A comparison with standard void formation and with the CMB Cold Spot / Eridanus supervoid. Five testable predictions, led by the excess cooling already measured in stacked supervoids (Kovács et al. 2019). Eight open problems, including the entropy problem and the conflict between a cold core and the uncertainty principle. Related work: Hoyle–Burbidge–Narlikar, Wiltshire, Smolin, Popławski, Tolman, Steinhardt–Turok and Penrose. All content is speculation built on the main hypothesis of Zfinite Theory: that a true zero point, the Zfinite Point, is the black hole. Update 3.1: Changes in v3.1 Corrected the “Formation” step: a Zfinite Point is the birth of a black hole, not something that forms inside an existing one. Once a collapsing star passes about 2.2–2.5 Suns, nothing stops the squeeze until zero room is reached; observations suggest this step comes between about 2.5 and 5 Suns. The 8.95-Sun figure (7.5 Suns with Einstein’s refinement) is the upper limit.
