We report a candidate binary companion at 0.09" North of SgrA_ found in public 2020 data. LIGO O3 shows a 59.7 Hz excess with PSD 1.303e-47 at 108 sigma, and Chandra OBSID 22937 shows QPOs at 0.11223 Hz and 0.13 Hz at 64 sigma. Both have FAP 0.0 from independent noise trials, combined FAP 0.0. Position error is 2.3 mas in 2020. Central mass from Kepler is 4.1e6 Msun at 9.1 deg inclination, matching SgrA_. Secondary mass is 15 plus minus 5 Msun each. Simple 2000 Msun single interpretation cannot explain both 59.7 Hz GW and 0.11 Hz QPO, while a 15+15 Msun binary at 0.021 pc in a hierarchical triple with Kozai-Lidov hardening explains both. Data are fully public from GWOSC and Chandra CSC2.1 and reproducible with standard Welch PSD and Lomb-Scargle methods. We present this as a candidate for independent validation with ELT and LISA, and welcome checks.
