Employee performance is a critical determinant of an organization's success in achieving its strategic objectives. This study aims to investigate the individual and simultaneous effects of Employee Competence and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Idea Five Indonesia Design Engineers & Associates, Central Jakarta. Utilizing a quantitative approach, this research applies a multiple linear regression analysis model. The sampling design employs a probability sampling approach through a simple random sampling method. The study's baseline population consists of 70 employees, which was subsequently calculated using the Slovin formula at a 5% precision level, resulting in a definitive sample size of 60 respondents. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The results of the data analysis indicate that, partially, Employee Competence exerts a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Similarly, Work Discipline is partially proven to have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, Employee Competence and Work Discipline significantly influence Employee Performance at PT Idea Five Design Indonesia Engineers & Associates, Central Jakarta.
