[English Abstract] This monograph presents a forensic accounting, econometric, and cryptographic analysis of unrecorded statutory copyright liabilities under US GAAP ASC 450-20 (Loss Contingencies), focusing on Alphabet Inc.'s (Google) Q2 2026 Form 10-Q and ongoing federal class actions (In re Google Generative AI Copyright Litigation and Stewart v. Alphabet Inc.). Under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)(2), willful copyright infringement across an estimated 3 to 5 million ingested creative works creates an unhedged statutory damages exposure of $450 billion to $750 billion (up to $150,000 per work). By exploiting the "dual shield" of ASC 450-20—claiming that losses are neither "probable" nor "reasonably estimable"—hyperscale AI operators report zero balance-sheet reserves ($0) for intellectual property restitution while masking structural liquidity pressures behind a 31.42% surge in accrued expenses and other current liabilities ($55.557 billion to $73.014 billion), an expansion of total liabilities from $180.016 billion to $281.503 billion, an emergency $69.9 billion 5-day debt issuance in June 2026, and a surge in Note 10 off-balance-sheet commitments from $7.7 billion to $707.0 billion alongside Gemini 3.5 Pro development delays. To eliminate this accounting asymmetry and enforce ex-ante intellectual property sovereignty, we formulate an inverse econometric extraction model for latent IP liabilities {δ L}IP(t) and introduce a deterministic cryptographic settlement interlock powered by QFS-zkVM over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field (F_p, p = 2⁶⁴ - 2³² + 1 = 18,446,744,069,414,584,321) under Real-Time Option Protocol 2.0 (RTO P2.0). Through a zero-knowledge royalty conservation identity Proyalty(t) and the Strict No-Learn Covenant hardware execution gate Gexec(t) (NLL-v1.0-2026), any unconsented or uncompensated data ingestion triggers an immediate physical-layer execution halt across the three-tier PHOENIX_BRIDGE, PHOENIX_ROUTER, and Human-in-Command (HIC) governance architecture. Finally, we evaluate the statutory implications under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (SEC Rule 10b-5), SEC Rule 15c3-5 (Market Access Rule), and Delaware Caremark directorial oversight duties. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Author: Hasebe, Yoko (長谷部 洋子) Affiliation: Lead Researcher, Autonomous Infrastructure Systems, Autonomous Living & Physical Infrastructure Institute, Iwakuni, Yamaguchi, Japan License & Integrity Covenant: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) with Strict No-Learn Covenant (NLL-v1.0-2026)
