For a century, the central challenge of theoretical physics has been the "quantization of gravity", the attempt to force the continuous, smooth geometry of General Relativity (GR) into a discrete quantum framework. In this paper, we invert the paradigm. Within Computational Finitism, spacetime is already quantized at the Planck scale as a discrete Modulo-9 causal graph. We demonstrate that gravity is not a fundamental force or a continuous curvature of a manifold, but an emergent computational gradient. By modeling mass as a localized saturation of the Topological Redundancy Buffer (TRB), we show that "spacetime curvature" is physically manifested as discrete hardware lag. We present a deterministic Cellular Automaton simulation that successfully reproduces gravitational lensing and the Shapiro time delay purely through local routing algorithms. Finally, we derive the "Bridge Equation," proving that in the macroscopic continuum limit, this discrete hardware lag converges exactly to the Schwarzschild metric, Fermat's Principle, and the Parametrized Post-Newtonian (PPN) parameter = 1. We do not quantize gravity; we derive it.
