We study the global bifurcation of nonstationary periodic solutions for a class of delayed nonlinear parabolic systems on the unit disk with Neumann boundary conditions and an additional finite symmetry group Γ. After normalizing the unknown period, the problem is formulated as a two-parameter equivariant bifurcation problem with symmetry group G=S1×O(2)×Γ, where S1 represents time translations, O(2) describes the spatial symmetries of the disk, and Γ acts on the internal state space. Using the twisted G-equivariant degree, we construct a local bifurcation invariant at isolated critical points and obtain global bifurcation results for nonstationary periodic solutions with prescribed spatio-temporal symmetries. The abstract theory is applied to a coupled nonlinear optical system with diffractive feedback and octahedral symmetry Γ=S4. By decomposing the corresponding S4-representation into its isotypic components, we determine the critical Hopf bifurcation parameters (αo,βo) associated with the nontrivial components and compute the corresponding maximal twisted orbit types. The resulting equivariant bifurcation invariants detect several distinct spatio-temporal symmetry types associated with the bifurcating periodic solutions. In particular, the analysis provides a mechanism for detecting rotating, standing, and other spatio-temporally symmetric periodic patterns. These results provide a symmetry-sensitive global bifurcation framework for delayed nonlinear parabolic systems with combined spatial and internal symmetries.
