Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in strengthening the local economy, yet many business owners still face difficulties in fulfilling business legality requirements and using digital licensing services. The Business Identification Number (NIB) serves as an important business identity and can be obtained through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and practical skills of MSME groups in Bilokka Village in understanding business legality and registering for NIB through OSS. The program involved 25 MSME owners and used a participatory approach consisting of needs identification, socialization, training, hands-on practice, mentoring, evaluation, and follow-up. The training covered business legality, the function of NIB, preparation of business information, business activity and KBLI identification, OSS utilization, and licensing procedures. The results indicated improved participant understanding of business legality and the NIB registration process. Hands-on practice and individual mentoring helped participants overcome difficulties in using digital services, particularly in entering business information and identifying appropriate business activities. The program demonstrates that combining socialization, practical training, and mentoring is a relevant strategy for strengthening legal and digital literacy among MSMEs at the village level.
