VAFB-2026-04: Cultural Resources Survey for Southern California Edison’s Emergency Project along the Concepcion 16 kV Circuit near Point Conception, Department of Defense, Santa Barbara County, California.

This document is a report that describes survey and monitoring conducted as part of Southern California Edison's Emergency Project along the Concepcion 16 kV Circuit at Point Conception, Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. Ground disturbing activities were limited to removing ice plant on the surface near the power pole. Small quantities of precontact and historic-era artifacts were observed on the surface in the vicinity of the pole repair. No intact archaeological deposits were noted.
