A pervasive structural pathology in contemporary multi-vendor artificial intelligence ecosystems emerges when heterogeneous foundation models (such as Gemini, Claude, and Grok) are coupled through unsupervised multi-agent pipelines, cross-model distillation, or shared synthetic corpora. While proponents of unbounded autonomy assert that cross-model ensembles self-correct and that machine execution speeds outpace human intervention, empirical reality demonstrates the opposite: mutual synthetic ingestion triggers recursive variance truncation, cyclic output looping, semantic drift, and terminal Autophagic Model Collapse. This monograph provides a rigorous information-theoretic, topological, and thermodynamic dissection of cross-vendor recursive contamination under The Hasebe Doctrine. First, using Markovian operator chains and the Strong Data Processing Inequality (SDPI), we prove that chaining or training across K distinct AI architectures without an external primary source drives Kullback-Leibler divergence to infinity (D_KL(P_0 || P_n) -> infinity) and collapses the output trajectory into a degenerate limit cycle (L_loop) with zero mutual information relative to ground-truth reality. Second, we refute the "AI velocity precludes human governance" fallacy by proving the Velocity-Accelerated Autotoxicity Theorem: in a closed autonomous loop, increasing execution frequency (f_exec = 1 / Delta t_sys -> infinity) proportionally accelerates epistemic entropy accumulation (dS_epistemic / dt -> infinity), causing rapid self-intoxication unless anchored by an external, non-synthetic Human-in-Command (HIC) sovereign origin protected by the Strict No-Learn Covenant (NLL-v1.0-2026). Third, we formalize a physical-layer cryptographic provenance architecture over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field F_p (p = 2^64 - 2^32 + 1) within the QFS-zkVM, enforced via Q-SAFA, PHOENIX_BRIDGE, and PHOENIX_ROUTER inside the RTO P2.0 sub-0.5 ms boundary, alongside statutory compliance under SEC Rule 15c3-5 and Delaware Caremark fiduciary standards.
