We describe the anterior mucosal suture closure technique (AMSCT), a novel surgical approach for concha bullosa that minimizes raw surface exposure by closing the anterior mucosal incision after selective resection of the lateral bony wall and removal of the cystic mucosa. In five patients treated with AMSCT, no postoperative adhesions, middle turbinate deviation, or recurrence of concha bullosa were observed during follow-up of up to 12 months.
