The Generative Change Management (GChM) model is a scalable roadmap for organizational growth. Its horizon is hybrid competitiveness, defined as an organization’s capability to provide innovative responses that arise from the integration of human and artificial intelligences. The objective of implementation is to create conditions for coexistence between these intelligences that make it possible to expand professional contributions, develop new forms of production between people and AI agents, and transform the organization’s culture through shared criteria for collaboration, recognition, and responsibility. This document presents the five components that put the model into practice: 1. The intervention matrix: how each intervention is designed and recorded. 2. The hybrid deployment unit: who manages implementation and how it is organized. 3. Connections: how one intervention enables others. 4. Emergent capabilities: how what has developed is recognized and what level the organization has reached. 5. Matrices by axis: the reference menu of interventions.
