The article proposes the Hierarchical Pulsating System of Realities (HPSR) — an ontological model in which reality is organized as a nested set of levels: the multiverse Mu0, the megaverse M0, the gigaverse Gu0. Each level has its own time scale and its own dynamics. The set of parallel universes within a multiverse constitutes a set of "folds" — stable configurations of space-time. Folds are assumed to be stable on a scale of 50–100 billion years, but are irregularly restructured under external influence. The key concept of the model is "elements of reality": ontological units of which reality may consist. The complete set Ω exists in a single volume. The ontological selector S (a formal parameter determining the choice of universe Un0) specifies which elements are active. This is not the observer's choice, but an equilibrium configuration. G is the epistemic choice (scale), the mode of describing the activated set. Pulsation is irregular: the moments of restructuring are unpredictable for an observer without a map of the megaverse. The pattern repeats, but the content of each period is new. Evolutionary continuity is discussed: part of the entities survives the reset of folds. Hypothesis: the "core of the essence" is an informational or topological structure transmitted through the change of folds. A comparison is conducted with models: MWI (Everett), Multiverse (Tegmark), MIW (Hall, Wiseman, Deckert), CCC (Penrose), eternal inflation (Linde), natural selection (Smolin), string landscape (Susskind), "matryoshka" universes. In the available literature, no model has been found that combines hierarchy and irregular pulsation. Possible areas of search are discussed: CMB anomalies, H0 tension, anomalies in the distribution of galaxies, vacuum fluctuations.
