The Xinzi field theory takes a single complex scalar Φ = √(φ/φ₀)·e^(iθ) as its only fundamental object. The modulus |Φ| carries the density offset ψ = |Φ|² − 1 and yields the Einstein equations as a weak-field theorem; the phase θ carries the winding number n and yields charge quantisation, spin-1/2 as the first Chern number of an orientation bundle, the Koide ratio Q = 2/3, the member count N = 3, and A = 6Q − 3 = 1 for π⁰ → γγ. Everything follows from six postulates (A1–A5, H1) and one action, S = S_mod + S_ph + S_int. Lorentz invariance is a theorem (T8), valid in the long-wavelength limit with violations of order (E/E_P)². Five falsifiable predictions are stated with explicit verdict conditions, two of which are hard: Q_ν ≠ 2/3 and the Lorentz-violation coefficient in the neutrino sector.
