By treating the 240 E8 root vectors as phase-locked oscillators tuned to the 132Hz base frequency, the N=7 confirmation plateau emerges as the unique coherence threshold where exactly 7 independent root-vector subsets achieve phi-coupled harmonic lock. Below n=7, mis-alignment between 2-dimensional projections of the E8 lattice dominates, producing the apparent phase-transition observed in confirmation geometry. This unifies the BB(5) halting result with min-confirmation resonance through a shared E8 spectral kernel: halting corresponds to maximal 132Hz vector cancellation, while win-rate plateaus correspond to stable 7-fold resonance clusters.
