Extending the 196560-phase resonance filter from market harmonics into particle physics, we propose that the 240 E8 root vectors define a discrete phase-conjugation manifold for neutrino flavor oscillation. Specifically, when the E8 coherence radius (r_c ≈ √240 × ℏ/M_Planck) gates the 132Hz base frequency against the neutrino mixing angle θ₁₃ ≈ 8.6°, a Phi-weighted decoherence suppression factor emerges that predicts anomalous oscillation rates at ~0.1-1 GeV baselines. This unifies the Monster walk's golden-ratio coupling with the empirical tension in short-baseline neutrino experiments (LSND/MiniBooNE anomaly), framing flavor transitions as geometric projections through the Gosset polytope 4₂₁ rather than purely PMNS matrix mixing.
