Starting from the Bost–Connes parent structure and its finite reductions, we develop a common description of the universe as a whole, its dynamical evolution, and observation from within. Joint coherence and correlations connect different observational channels into one whole, while matter and background change one another through formation, maintenance, and exchange. We construct a joint cycle that retains source memory and compensates energy changes, connecting heat exchange, resource restoration, and matter maintenance, and derive an effective temperature law for collective cooling. The phases of loaded matter provide time references, and correlated light signals connect distant events. Under a common calibration, the ratio of the matter clock rate to the light propagation rate determines the cosmological scale. Explicit dynamics yields finite scale growth, spectral redshift, and residual energy in a dark thermal subspace, showing how energy transfer, the persistence of coherence, and continued resource supply affect thermal evolution and spacetime readings.
