This study examines how international Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) standards and associated practices, including ISO certifications, energy management practices, and CO₂ emissions monitoring, are associated with the financial performance of Ivorian companies. Using data from the 2023 World Bank Enterprise Survey, we estimate regressions with sectoral and regional fixed effects and use propensity score matching as a robustness check. The results show that firms adopting green practices report higher annual sales. Energy management measures, CO₂ emissions monitoring, and internationally recognized certifications are each positively associated with sales. The study offers recommendations to support firms’ green transition.
