This study examines online educational resource delivery through university library Web sites by analyzing the digital architecture and functional performance of library Web sites across selected universities in India. The article employed a systematic content analysis using a structured evaluation framework that encompassed accessibility, responsiveness, and the integration of electronic resources and social media tools. Findings indicate adequate provision of digital collections and informational accuracy; however, significant limitations persist in accessibility, mobile optimization, and user interfaces. These constraints may hinder equitable access and effective resource utilization. Thus, the study provides contextual recommendations and a replicable framework to strengthen electronic resource delivery systems.
