Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is associated with immune dysregulation, raising concerns about the feasibility of obtaining functionally competent autologous γδ T lymphocytes. The efficacy of expansion protocols designed for healthy donors requires separate validation when applied to CLL patients. The objective of the study is to compare the efficiency of various protocols for culturing and immunomagnetic enrichment of γδ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood from a patient with newly diagnosed chronic lymphocytic leukemia and reactive hyperplasia of non‑leukemic hematopoietic lineages.
