This article proposes an operational supplement to the Synthecracy methodology in the form of a conceptual pair: “vortex dynamism” and the “lemniscatic model”. The first model describes the transformation of heterogeneous societal demand into structured alternatives, an authorised decision, action and evaluation of outcomes. The second represents the interdependence of the sphere of demand formation and context accumulation with the sphere of choice, implementation and audit, linked by the mechanisms of analysis and learning. An eight-stage operational cycle, requirements for decision traceability, a pilot application protocol and evaluation indicators are proposed. Artificial intelligence is treated as an auxiliary means of search, structuring, comparison and documentation, not as an autonomous source of legitimacy or the final decision-making subject. The models have the status of conceptual proposals; their effectiveness requires empirical testing.
