Chirality and helicity connect through the relativistic equations of motion. To extend our spin taxonomy beyond spatial rotations, we examine a free Dirac particle and derive how its mass and momentum determine its chiral components. The calculation gives a precise correspondence, including its massless limit, while showing why shared rotational behavior cannot identify all spin-related structures. The Dirac representation and mass remain physical inputs.
