For over a century, the 1919 solar eclipse expedition led by Arthur Eddington has been celebrated as the definitive proof of Albert Einstein's General Relativity. The observed deflection of starlight passing near the Sun (approximately 1.75 arcseconds) was interpreted as the bending of four-dimensional spacetime due to solar mass. This paper mathematically and logically demolishes this claim. We expose the 1919 experiment as a catastrophic failure of physics, driven by confirmation bias and the false assumption that light travels in a straight line through a vacuum. We present a fatal logical paradox: if the Sun's mass bends the fabric of spacetime, why does the Sun's own emitted light (which originates from within the deepest part of this "gravity well") arrive at Earth perfectly straight? We propose the true physical mechanism: Dust-Plasma Refraction. As proven in Paper XI, starlight does not arrive in a straight line; it travels through the "Cosmic Dust Wall," losing 99.12% of its energy (τ = 4.73) and undergoing millions of refractions. When this already-distorted light passes near the Sun, it undergoes a second refraction through the Solar Corona. By applying Snell's Law and the plasma refractive index, we computationally prove that the 1.75 arcsecond deflection is perfectly accounted for by optical refraction. A C-language numerical simulation (1,000,000 integration steps) confirms that Einstein's General Relativity equation, the Plasma Refraction equation, and the Elmasaad Metric Compaction Equation (MCCT) yield virtually identical results. Spacetime curvature is mathematically redundant and physically false. This paper serves as the death certificate for the "Gravitational Lensing" paradigm.
