IDEA: Adjustment made to the live model — verify against the backtests: Apply filter: Session = LONDON_OPEN — improves win rate from 31.6% to 35.0% (+3.4pp, n=377) SAME-WINDOW EFFECT: Applying the LONDON_OPEN filter would have excluded the two wkjudas trades (GBPUSD LONG 15:08, USDJPY SHORT 14:36) and the NZDUSD SHORT (02:43) — all three were losses, removing them from the sample. It would also have excluded the AUDUSD LONG (09:56) which is still open/rejected, but would retain the five CLOSED/WIN trades and the AUDUSD SHORT loss (10:15) — net effect: win rate in this window jumps from 5/9 (55.6%) to 5/6 (83.3%) on closed trades, with PnL improving by roughly +2.5R (removing three losers). However, the sample is tiny and the filter is cherry-picking on session timing that correlates with your existing rizzy entries — most of your winners already cluster there, so the marginal gain is less than it appears. OVER-TIME PROJECTION: Over 3–6 months, the filter will likely raise win rate by Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK. Part of the E8 Intelligence Research series.
