We report RQCG Stages 20–26: microscopic spin systems, entanglement-based finite spatial reconstruction, trial graph actions, canonical constraint benchmarks, scalar matter coupling, and a phenomenological singularity-free cosmological reference model. The finite quantum benchmarks show restricted correlation-to-geometry recovery and important non-identifiability and scale-closure problems. Stage 25 validates a standard minimally coupled scalar FLRW model; Stage 26 evaluates a stipulated loop-quantum-cosmology-like effective bounce. None constitutes a microscopic derivation of Einstein gravity, full diffeomorphism invariance, realistic matter coupling, UV completion, or general singularity resolution. We state the equations and provenance, numerical checks, and required missing derivations.
