The release of Wolbachia-infected mosquitoes is an environmentally friendly and effective strategy for suppressing wild mosquito populations. This paper investigates the finite-time stability of a class of impulsive reaction–diffusion mosquito population suppression models. Taking into account impulse intensities, diffusion coefficients, and birth rates, we establish sufficient conditions for the finite-time stability of both delay-free and delayed systems and provide rigorous theoretical analyses. Numerical simulations validate the theoretical results and demonstrate the effectiveness of impulsive control in achieving finite-time stability for both systems.
