We formulate a rigorous, non-approximated mathematical and numerical derivation of femtometer-scale nuclear Coulomb barrier penetration, resonant bitemporal phase-space routing, and compact aneutronic D–He³ fusion reactor energetics within Covariant Bitemporal Geometrodynamics (CBG). Modeling physical reality as a five-dimensional pseudo-Riemannian manifold M3,2 ≃ (Rₜ₁ ×_Φ S¹ₜ₂) × Σ₃ with metric signature (−, −, +, +, +), integer dimensional invariants (d_t, d_s, D) = (2, 3, 5) (D_config = 17, N_Cartan = d_t d_s D = 30), and vanishing Master Zero-Sum Variational Field Operator Ξ_AB[M3,2] = 0, we integrate the exact 5D Hamilton–Jacobi canonical radial momentum P_r^(CBG)(r) = √(2 m_r w_1(r) [V_C(r) − E_cm]) point-by-point from the exact classical turning radius r_c = Z_1 Z_2 α_EM ħ c / E_cm down to the nuclear contact radius r_n = r_0 (A_1^(1/3) + A_2^(1/3)). Using the exact 1-loop dressed vacuum holonomy Φ_∞ = (α_EM / 30)(1 − (5/3)α_EM) = 2.40286677 × 10⁻⁴, basal Schutz–Clebsch phase velocity Ω = c Φ_∞ = 71.9359 km/s, sub-Planckian fiber radius Rt2,∞ = Φ_∞ L_P = 3.88365 × 10⁻³⁹ m, the CBG proton-to-electron mass ratio m_p / m_e = 6π⁵ = 1836.1181, and the third instanton nuclear rung E_3^(bare) = Φ_∞⁶ E_P = 2.3452 MeV, we prove that irrotational Schutz–Clebsch velocity-potential focusing (v = −∇φ_flow) coupled to the Q_CBG^(n) = Φ_∞^(−n) resonant holonomy ladder dynamically expands the local bitemporal dilaton Φ(r)² = Φ_∞² + σ_res(r) / [1 − σ_res(r)]. Offloading sub-barrier phase evolution into the secondary temporal channel S¹ₜ₂ reduces the primary channel routing weight w_1(r) = [1 + Φ(r)²]⁻¹ = 1 − w_2(r) < 1, shrinking the effective WKB tunneling action without requiring extreme thermal temperatures. Exact numerical quadrature across the V_peak = 720.8 keV D–He³ barrier at a modest center-of-mass energy of E_cm = 15.0 keV demonstrates that n = 2 quadrupolar resonance increases the tunneling probability from the classical (3+1) value of 6.4536 × 10⁻²⁴ to 2.1389 × 10⁻⁹ (a gain factor of 3.3143 × 10¹⁴) and boosts reactivity ⟨σv⟩ from 1.3702 × 10⁻²⁵ m³/s to 1.4326 × 10⁻¹⁹ m³/s. At ion density n_i = 10²¹ m⁻³, volumetric fusion power reaches 105,302.41 MW/m³ against a classical Bremsstrahlung loss of 7.7702 MW/m³. With 85.0% direct electromagnetic conversion of the 100% charged reaction products (14.7 MeV protons and 3.6 MeV alpha particles), sustaining the Alpha Centauri spacecraft's 40.74 kW (n = 2 zero-sum mode) and 169.54 MW (n = 1 basal mode) power requirements requires active D–He³ core volumes of only 0.4551 liters and 1.8940 m³, respectively. During the preparation of the manuscripts, the author utilized large language model (LLM) assistance for mathematical structuring, LaTeX formatting, Python numerical simulation scripting, and editorial drafting. All bitemporal fusion figures represent mathematical explorations of the theoretical axioms rather than experimentally verified physical effects.
