This is the ninth and concluding paper in the Ev5/Unified Coherence Model (UCM) working-paper series. It synthesises Papers 1–8 into a connected argument about how relevant distinctions become consequential: what descriptions preserve, how information enters action, and what supports correction and continued function. Three comparisons organise the synthesis: information and operative participation; preservation and useful continuation; and mathematical realisation and explanatory authority. The paper connects philosophical reasoning, documented inquiry and conditional mathematical results while keeping separately assessed physical observations within their original evidential boundaries. The synthesis brings together protected information acquisition, delayed retained evaluation, the interaction between acquired history and current contact, and preparation-specific continuation results. It explains why changed justification, preserved options and renewed robustness can matter even when a visible endpoint remains unchanged. Positive results and adverse outcomes establish different conditions and limits. UCM provides explicit, bounded correspondences among these relationships, alongside established information, control, kinetic and verification explanations. Mathematical memory renewal remains distinct from demonstrated physical maintenance. The paper concludes the series without claiming a universal mechanism, complete-equation fidelity or independent validation of UCM as a whole. Broader explanatory unity remains open.
