Fourth and final document in the TMF ↔ GR/QM Correspondence Programme series, following v0.5. Establishes the empirical complement to the formal correspondence map series (v0.2–v0.5). Three independent Jenkins–Fischbach anomalies are consolidated as empirical probes of the TMF β coupling parameter: F1 (annual modulation of ³²Si and ²²⁶Ra decay rates, BNL/PTB); F2 (flare-induced suppression of ⁵⁴Mn decay rate, Purdue, 13 December 2006, arXiv:0808.3156, Δλ/λ ≈ 2×10⁻³ in ∼43 min); F3 (33-day periodicity attributable to solar-core rotation). A conditional estimate δβ/β₀ ∼ 10⁻³ is derived from F2. Precise falsification criteria are stated for each channel. A clean F2 replication protocol is proposed: three weak-interaction isotopes (⁵⁴Mn, ³⁶Cl, ²²Na) plus one alpha-decay control (²⁴¹Am), three geographically separated laboratories, GOES-triggered acquisition, blinded analysis. Converging interest in non-trivial temporal geometry is noted with reference to Kletetschka (2025), DOI: 10.1142/S2424942425500045. Continues: TMF ↔ GR/QM v0.5.
