Watersheds are important natural units for managing groundwater, surface water, soil, and related environmental resources. Effective monitoring requires the collection, organization, visualization, comparison, and analysis of water-resource observations over time. This paper presents an integrated Watershed Monitoring System that combines centralized data handling, GIS-based visualization, historical trend analysis, comparison of locations and seasons, groundwater-condition classification, time-series forecasting, and report generation. The system organizes observations by geographical and temporal attributes and presents results through maps, graphs, tables, and statistical summaries. The forecasting component incorporates time-series techniques including ARIMA, SARIMAX, VARMAX, Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing (HWES), and EWMA. The system supports identification of improving or declining groundwater conditions and classification into Critical, Semi-Critical, and Safe categories.
