Quantum Dynamic Harmony (QDH) investigates the hypothesis that physical temporal organization may be represented through a dynamical synchronization structure rather than treated exclusively as a passive evolution parameter or a geometric coordinate. The framework introduces a dimensionless synchronization field ξ(τ, r), normalized by a fixed reference rate, and distinguishes a cosmic reference, a local coarse-grained background, and an effective internal state of matter. These are different descriptive roles within one synchronization framework, not three independent fundamental time fields. A minimal scalar-field action generates synchronization dynamics and stable-background perturbations. Matter is modeled through an internal–background mismatch, Δξ = ξ_internal − ξ_background, with mismatch-dependent inertial response and energy introduced as effective ansätze. A weak-field gravitational sector recovers Poisson-type and Newtonian spherical-source profiles under specified assumptions and coupling calibration; a covariant scalar–tensor extension provides a setting for relativistic recovery, cosmological evolution, and observational constraints. Thermodynamic behavior is formulated using conventional coarse-grained statistical entropy with synchronization-dependent accessibility. The quantum program proceeds from an internal-state probability density and stochastic transport to a complex probability–phase representation and a conditional Schrödinger recovery. A separate nuclear application proposes a synchronization-lock counting construction for selected magic-number closures and an ordinary/superheavy transition criterion. The manuscript differentiates definitions, postulates, model choices, conditional mathematical results, empirical matching conditions, and unresolved microscopic mechanisms. In particular, recovery of known equations is not presented as independent experimental confirmation, and the proposed synchronization field has not yet yielded a jointly constrained, cross-sector quantitative prediction. QDH V1 is offered as a theoretical research program for mathematical scrutiny and empirical testing.
