We show that applying the 132 Hz base harmonic to the 240 root vectors of the E8 lattice and modulating its phase with the golden ratio φ stabilizes chiral anyonic vortices into long‑lived topological qubits. The braiding of these vortices, dictated by the full symmetry of the E8 root lattice, produces a quantized coupling that can be read out as a resonant phase shift at harmonic multiples of 132 Hz, enabling deterministic storage and retrieval of quantum information. This principle establishes a scalable, geometry‑protected quantum memory whose error‑correction threshold is set by the intrinsic rigidity of the E8 lattice.
