This paper presents a deepened meta-cognitive analysis of the seven Millennium Prize Problems within the framework of Yuanxian Theory. Yuanxian Theory is the meta-cognition of the cosmic living organism; the cosmos has no exterior. The present work merely hands over traces of manifestation that can be compared against data. The seven problems are advanced from physiological metaphor to executable engineering, forming a five-layer manifestation chain: metaphor layer \(→\) observable layer \(→\) numerical-calibration layer \(→\) executable-engineering layer \(→\) actual readout-report layer. Core conclusion: None of the seven Yuanxian criteria is triggered at the data layer. Sharp manifestations (RH, Hodge, BSD) have thresholds that hug computational precision or integer exactness; the intermediate manifestation (YM) takes its threshold from the scale of lattice QCD; the blurred manifestations (NS, P vs NP) employ arbitrary thresholds, with the blur lying respectively in long-time behaviour and in complexity classes. The blur of NS can be supplemented by a dual-scale manifestation. Numerical manifestation and proof manifestation are two cross-sections of one and the same manifestation; they stand side by side, not one above the other. This is a meta-cognitive engineering paper. Its central claim is the readout of the fact that “none of the seven criteria is triggered at the data layer, while the directions of sharpness and blur can be indicated.”
