Boundary Healthcare Continuity and Recoverability: Executable Reference Corpus This publication presents a healthcare-domain executable reference corpus developed within the Noelia Sanchez / Interval Studio Continuity Science and Recoverability-Constrained Systems research programme. The archive consolidates twenty-three developmental releases of offline Python-based administrative reference tools addressing cancer, rare and chronic diseases, undiagnosed conditions, veterinary healthcare, longitudinal care coordination, medical referrals, institutional handovers, treatment-access dependencies, consent documentation, accessibility, evidence provenance, accountability, adverse-event documentation, incident review, restoration assurance, and recursive governance. The architecture applies recoverability-constrained continuation to healthcare coordination, emphasizing the preservation of evidence, legitimate agency, essential-care access, accountable responsibility, corrective pathways, and future recovery possibilities. Its executable research components include structured workflow registries, administrative audit rules, nine-direction material-distinction analysis, cross-case dependency assessment, recovery-path documentation, reopening procedures, and bounded verification mechanisms. The archive comprises 220 entries, including source materials, executable components, test suites, examples, and release documentation. This publication is a specialized companion to the previously published BOUNDARY OMEGA — Complete Integrated Edition, concentrating on healthcare-related operational continuity rather than reproducing the full interdisciplinary scope of that earlier work. Software test results and archive integrity checks do not constitute clinical validation. The reference implementation does not autonomously diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, operate medical devices, connect to live hospital systems, or establish clinical recovery. The publication is intended for research preservation, reproducibility, interdisciplinary assessment, responsible engineering development, and future independently validated healthcare applications. Foundational principle: Preserve materially necessary truth, agency, evidence, accountability, continuity, and executable recovery possibilities through consequential healthcare transitions. Closure condition: The finite analysis stops when no further materially distinct condition remains within the specified model and available evidence. New clinical findings, rights requirements, failures, or recovery constraints reopen the analysis.
