Light‐emitting diodes (LEDs) have become indispensable in modern optoelectronic devices due to their wide bandgap and high efficiency. However, their performance is often limited by internal reflection and low light extraction efficiency. Recently, state‐of‐the‐art displays such as immersive technologies require improved photon extraction and control over radiation patterns for lower energy consumption. In this study, we present an approach by integrating metasurfaces on light emitters, designed to narrow and steer the emitted light toward a specific, engineered direction. Our method, which involves structuring heightened emitter surfaces, effectively alleviates spectral shifts, thereby preserving the characteristics of the emitted light. We experimentally demonstrate that these structures enable tailored adjustments in radiation patterns such as deflection and splitting. Our strategy offers reliable integration of light‐emitting devices with metasurfaces, opening up new opportunities for innovative applications in photon management and device engineering.
