The study aimed to development a scale of attitude towards female managers in healthcare institutions. The sample of the study consists of 352 health personnel. The data were collected with the Personal Information Form and the Scale of Attitude Towards Female Managers in Healthcare Institutions. As a result of the evaluation of the data, it was found that the item-total correlation values were between 0.47 and 0.90. According to the factor analysis, it was found that the item factor loads were between 0.513 and 0.804, the scale consisted of 29 items and 2 sub-dimensions, and the goodness of fit values were within acceptable limits. Regarding the reliability of the scale, the Cronbach alpha value was 0.957. In the test-retest analysis, it was determined that there was no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the first and last tests in the sub-dimensions of positive attitudes and negative attitudes (p>0.05). The scale can serve as a practical tool for healthcare organizations to assess staff attitude towards female managers, particularly prior to managerial appointments.
