In recent years, Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors have been approved for the treatment of various immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs), including rheumatoid arthritis, axial spondyloarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, giant cell arteritis, atopic dermatitis, alopecia areata, psoriasis, and inflammatory bowel disease. To standardize the clinical application of JAK inhibitors for IMIDs in China, this consensus group has developed the “Chinese Expert Consensus on the Treatment of Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Diseases with Janus Kinase Inhibitors.” This consensus is formulated based on relevant evidence-based medicine, the latest research data from both domestic and international studies, and the clinical experience of the expert panel. It covers key aspects such as treatment protocols, safety management, and medication use in special patient populations. The aim of this consensus is to assist physicians in making rational clinical decisions regarding the use of JAK inhibitors.
