The article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical conditions for developing stress management skills among future officers. It highlights self-regulation under emotional pressure, responsibility, time constraints, and uncertainty. The theoretical discussion draws on cognitive appraisal, emotion regulation, and adaptive coping. A pedagogical approach is proposed that combines early recognition of stress responses, cognitive reappraisal, emotional regulation, prioritization of actions, and constructive peer support. Scenario-based exercises, reflective journals, and psychological training elements are described. The proposals are theoretical and methodological and require empirical validation.
