Research at the intersection of green finance, FinTech, and artificial intelligence (AI) has expanded rapidly, yet its conceptual structure and transmission mechanisms remain fragmented. This study combines a systematic review and bibliometric mapping of 139 Scopus-indexed journal articles published between 2020 and 2025 whose titles explicitly connect green finance with FinTech and/or artificial intelligence. The TITLE-based search captures the explicit-title core of this literature and does not provide exhaustive coverage of adjacent research. Bibliometric analyses, including performance analysis, keyword co-occurrence, country co-authorship, and co-citation mapping, are integrated with a four-channel framework: information & transparency, risk assessment & pricing, financial inclusiont & access, and RegTech & infrastructure. The findings reveal rapid growth after 2023 and strong geographic concentration in China. Keyword co-occurrence analysis identifies four thematic communities: digital infrastructures, the sustainability–FinTech nexus, carbon markets and financial connectedness, and China-focused policy transition. The synthesis identifies risk assessment & pricing as the most empirically developed channel. Information & transparency are prominent but less consistently validated, while direct evidence on RegTech outcomes and micro-level access to green finance remains limited. These imbalances are interpreted in relation to data availability, measurement tractability, and institutional context. The review links bibliometric structures to proposed transmission mechanisms and develops a research agenda centered on causal identification, measurement consistency, and cross-institutional validation.
