Primary neoplasms of the spleen are rare and are typically lymphomas, angiosarcomas, hemangiomas, or hamartomas. Splenic metastasis from ovarian carcinoma generally presents as peritoneal spread with multiorgan involvement. Very few cases of solitary parenchymal splenic metastasis from ovarian carcinoma have been published. We present a case of huge metastatic deposit of high-grade serous carcinoma in the spleen, almost replacing the splenic parenchyma at the time of presentation with incidental detection of necrotizing tubercular granuloma in spleen and hilar lymph nodes.
