UD. Panca Usaha Demak mills paddy into rice with automated machines, yet its transactions, stock, and finances are still recorded manually and the company has no written standard operating procedures. This study designs an initial enterprise architecture to support the step-by-step digitization of the company's record keeping. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through a focus group discussion (FGD) held on 24 September 2026, a questionnaire, and follow-up interviews with a single key informant representing the shareholders. The design follows the first five phases of the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM), from the Preliminary Phase to Technology Architecture. The main finding is that production is automated while administration lacks adequate devices, applications, and network, and that the company has not yet found a trusted person to manage digital data. The result is an architecture vision with four principles, a business architecture that separates core and supporting processes, four proposed application modules (paddy purchasing, warehouse stock, sales and distribution, and simple financial reporting), a data architecture of seven entities, and a list of minimum hardware requirements. The design is an initial blueprint that has not been tested with users. It offers a starting point for the company to digitize its records without changing its physical production process.
