This paper introduces the Quantum Gravity Theory (QGT), a physical framework that extends the Relative Field Localization (RFL) model. We propose that gravity is not a geometric curvature of spacetime, but a physical field energy (the ψ field) that generates directional paths of attraction. Mass is defined not as an intrinsic property, but as localized energy in the form of Q-ball clusters. We introduce the Resistance Term, a dynamic property derived from angular momentum, which establishes orbital equilibrium. Through rigorous mathematical derivation, we formulate the general orbital law (r_eq = GM_s m_p^2 / p^2) and validate it against the solar system with 99–100% accuracy. We critically analyze the pedagogical fallacies of General Relativity, including the rubber sheet analogy and the Straight Line Fallacy, demonstrating the failure of inertia in flat spacetime predictions. We introduce the Angular Field Gradient to explain planetary equatorial alignment. Finally, we propose a non-singular, energy-conserving model for black holes, describing them as super-dense stars with a Zero Orbit (event horizon) and a continuous Photon Sphere, proving they grow via accretion rather than evaporating.
